C. F. Coberly works on large panels using mixed media. She allows "the act of painting" to be central to the direction and intensity of her work. While not completely abstract, she uses figurative elements that are random and playful when mixed with the textures and rhythms of nature. This juxtaposition often reveals a harmony that is explored and not compromised. Claudia received her MFA in Studio Art from the University of Utah and maintains her studio in the Silver Creek area.
